You can personalise your Charm with your child's name on the front (up to 4 letters), or their initials, and their date of birth, age or anything else to make your keepsake more memorable on the back. We use a complex process to ensure the names that are on the front of the charms are as clear and consistent as possible.

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a gift box tied with grosgrain ribbon and we'll include a special silver polishing cloth free of charge so you can keep your jewellery sparkling and good as new.

When you order this we'll send you a Home Impressions Pack which contains everything you need to take the impressions we use to make your jewellery. We do this because we think it's more convenient for you. Full instructions about how to take the impressions are included in the Home Impressions Pack. After all, the hand or footprint on your jewellery is only as good as the impression you send us.

Once you've taken your impressions send them back in the stamped addressed envelope provided in the Home Impressions Pack and we'll post your finished jewellery out 3 weeks later.
