All print items (whether finger, foot, hand or other) are handmade to order.
You must check in advance that we can fulfil delivery in timescale required by you before ordering.

Our postage and packing charges are as follows:
STANDARD postage is £2.95.
For customers selecting standard postage we aim to post all completed pieces 3 weeks from receipt of your imprints. However, we reserve the right to extend this period especially during busier periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays but cannot guarantee to do this.
Your impressions packs will be sent Royal Mail First Class and your finished jewellery will be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
We no longer offer a priority service. If you have a definite date by which you need to receive your jewellery please contact us and we'll let you know whether we can achieve the date you require. We'll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can and we'll answer your request within 24 hours if its made during the week. It might take slightly longer to reply on a weekend.
If your delivery is late or does not arrive within the quoted delivery timescale please contact us by phone or email. Our contact details are clearly displayed on the website.
Provision of a replacement or refund, is at our discretion and will be considered after 20 working days have passed. This corresponds with the Royal Mail’s definition of a lost parcel.
You are protected when buying goods over the internet by the Distance Selling Regulations. These state that normally you can cancel your order 7 days from when you placed it. However, the regulations also state that this cancellation period can end as soon as any work has begun on your order. By placing an order with HappyPrints you accept the 7 day cancellation period will not apply if we have already started work on your jewellery.
However you may still receive a refund if you change your mind if:
(i) You cancel your order within 7 days of placing it and we have not yet sent the impressions pack to you. Any payment you have made will be refunded within 30 days from cancellation of your order.
(ii) You cancel your order within 7 days of placing it and we have sent the impressions pack to you. If you return the impressions pack to us at your own cost and within 7 days of cancelling your order, we will refund your payment to you minus a £15 administration charge. Any payment you have made will be refunded, minus the administration charge, within 30 days of us receiving your unused impressions pack.
If we have made a mistake with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewellery. Our contact details are shown on the website.
As with all jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care. Jewellery from HappyPrints is 99.9% silver and therefore can be damaged if handled roughly. Some small surface blemishes occur from time-to-time and these are often unavoidable if they are also on the imprint you have taken.
Whilst we will always try and rectify any problems you have with HappyPrints jewellery we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless your jewellery is faulty.
The title to all goods remains with HappyPrints until received by you.
These terms and conditions do not replace your statutory rights which are unaffected.
